This work was inspired by observing the breaking and movement of waves unfolding in front of Fingal’s Cave on Staffa Island. The movement was creating a floating rhythm with a musical sound.

Hye Kyung Cho connects the viewer to the natural world through her practice. Visualising the invisible rhythm of the natural world, Kyung Cho challenges the viewer to reconsider their sensorial engagement with the world around them. Hidden within their abstract beauty, her works embody a sublime spirituality that strives to uncover the absolute truth from within the perpetual rhythms of nature. She has participated in a number of international shows including in Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, USA, Germany and the UK.
